Connection is aborted due to timeout or other failure and RayMedi expired



While login in RayMedi client machine you will receive the following message 'Connection is aborted'
this error will occur due to software activated information detail will not update proper in the database
(Medishopdb.mdb --> Table name Med_shop_mast column name msm_subsc_lic)

In database if you found the following value " t}††§§ " in Med_shop_mast, msm_subsc_lic column
change to " ACTIVATED " and close the database and then open the client application issue will be
resolved.
