HQUpdate client not taking backup , and no response in user interface

HqUpdate client not taken backup, and there is no response

Cause:

Due to this, HQUpdate Client backup not generated, when we check the HQUpdateClient-logchk.txt in HQUPDATEClient_path,

ErrMessage :
ErrEvent : takedbbackup"


Solution:

In that Particular customer place , eScan anti-virus installed and not configured in File/Folder exclusion.

after configured , HQUpdateClient backup or .CSD file generated.
