Trac printing issue (payment & receipt )

Dear Team,

When i am giving the Payment & Receipt print one error message showing because of date format issue.

FYI : Error message


Please verification the below steps:

First Step:

Go to Tools > Option > Raymedi Easy Print ,Find the profile which is need payment are receipt then open and check in detail section find the date related fields then right click.

Second Steps:

Go to start > setting > control panel > Regional setting ( Find the below image )
