java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

It means that the JVM has run out of all the memory that has been allocated to it. You can change the amount of memory allocated for use by your JVM.

1. If you are running HQ in Tomcat / Wrapper service mode

a. Stop the RayMedi HQ service
b. Add/Modify the wrapper.java.initmemory and wrapper.java.maxmemory (in MB) properties.

Example:
wrapper.java.initmemory=1024
wrapper.java.maxmemory=1024

c. Start the RayMedi HQ service

2. If you are starting the Tomcat from the shell / command prompt using startup.sh / startup.bat script

a. Stop the the tomcat
b. Modify the tomcat/bin/setenv_site.sh file (if you are using the unix/linux environment). [ Dont modify setenv.sh file]

JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M"
export JAVA_OPTS

c. Modify the tomcat\bin\setenv.bat file (if you are using the windows environment)

set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Xms512M -Xmx512M

d. Start the tomcat (using startup.sh or startup.bat)

Note: For better performance set the same value for wrapper.java.initmemory and wrapper.java.maxmemory
