NEW_ITEM Error found in the uploaded HQD. Upload stoped intentionally

SYMPTOMS : When send the Backup you may receive one of the following error messages:
"NEW_ITEM Error found in the uploaded HQD. Upload stoped intentionally"

CAUSE : This Error occurs due to New item Added in outlet, If the RPOS was connected with HQ then the Item Master should be sent from HQ

SOLUTION:

1. This can be solved by Educating Basics about our product to the Customer

2. contact (HQ/RPOS)Team Members to solve the problem

This could be solved by creating the same item with same item code and same mfr/Supplier details in HQ. While sending this newly created item to outlet,that will make proper sync with already existing item in Outlet. And it will avoids the NEW_ITEM error, while loading backup.

Now we have Item sync Report in HQ. Check this report to find whether the item count is changes or not in outlet.
