Ack not received in WEBSOM

1.Check that the order is received in outlet or it stays in WEBSOM.(check it in transaction folder of NT in WEBSOM)

2.Check weather the order is received in outlet with out any error in NT (Check NT log in NT application path)

3.Check the ack got generated in Rpos.(check it in transaction folder of NT in outlet )

4.Check weather ack reached WEBSOM
(check it in transaction folder of NT in WEBSOM )

5.Check the encryption option is removed for ack in NT. tools -->option
