If RayMedi HQ not opening


Solution :


Step 1 : Check the RayMedi HQ service is running or not.

Step 2 : Check the Raymedi HQ services port is opened or not.

Step 3 : Check the oracle user connectivity by following command

sqlplus username/password



If the user connectivity is fine means you will following result
