E-mail configuration to send invoices and Reports-RPOS7


How to configure Email Configuration

For Invoice:

1.Goto Tools-->Add on products-->preprint
2.Then goto Profile-->Email setting.
3.Fill the details like in screen shot(You must have gmail account for this)

4.After filled the details check by sending test mail.
5.To send invoice :

Goto Sales-->Reprint-->Choose the particular invoice
Give Preview and click on Preview send mail button on top of the screen,

6.After click that button you will receive sent mail message.

For Reports:

1.After open report click F4 then goto Mail setting and do the same as like above.
2.To send mail click on Mail button then you will receive sent message.
