Automation Error while Uploading client Data in RPOS6
Customer has done billing in offline mode and try to upload the data in online when server resumed to normal condition. By the the time of uploading he is getting the error message as in screen shot below.
1.By the time of uploading we are in need of Accounts DLL,RPOS and TRAC Exe. Corruption of any of these component will cause this issue.
Here in this case TRAC DLL was corrupted.
1.Please get a copy of RayaccountsRPOS6.dll from server or any other working client machine. Follow the below mentioned steps in server to take DLL.
Click Start -> Run -> Type as "system32" ->Click Ok->Directory will open ->Here search for
RayaccountsRPOS6.dll -> Right click on that dll -> -> Click Copy
2.Now in client where you are getting issue please follow the steps as follow
Click Start -> Run -> Type as "system32" Type as "system32" ->Click Ok->Directory will open ->
Paste that RayaccountsRPOS6.dll here.
3.Now in client again
Click Start -> Run -> type as "regsvr32 C:/WINDOWS/system32/RayAccountsRPOS6.dll" and click Ok
4.You may get one confirmation message for successful registration.
Still the problem persist
1.Please replace the Rayaccounts.exe in our application folder in client.
2.Register the gftmenuRPOS6.ocx in client.
